How to do better in 2021!

We’re back again on a fresh new start! New year, new page, right? Haha not for all. But a start of a new year can be a great time to focus on self development and goal achieving.

  1. List down all your goals, no matter how small or big it is.
  2. Mark the ones you truly feel you can make time or efforts for
  3. Allocate time per day for each activity
    Make a realistic timeline whether it be for an hour or even 5 minutes. Being practical and honest with yourself in this process is crucial for achieving your goals.
  4. Have a book or planner where to keep track
  5. Keep updating and monitoring your efforts
    This can be done daily, but monthly or weekly also works. The frequency of the update or even monitoring varies based on the goals you have set. The best time to do this is at the end of the day, it barely takes 5 mins.
  6. If you feel, you haven’t worked much, don’t EVER feel guilty! You can always work on it in the upcoming time.
  7. Keep reminders!
    This can be done either digitally through an app or even by keeping it as a wallpaper. It can also be done by keeping small notes in your work desk or home.
  8. Be consistent
    No matter how much of procrastination kicks in, you need to always ensure to keep trying and making efforts.
  9. Don’t overdo it
    In the excitement of achieving your goals, you also need to make sure you don’t overly do it and exhaust yourself.
